This is the first time I have leased a car, Lease4less were the first to respond to a query I submitted via the internet. During the process Garry was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and very genuine in his wish to help. As we progressed in the lease I tested their proposition with other providers, and with colleagues and friends, and found the service being proposed better than could be found elsewhere. I was especially pleased by the insurance quote which came in under half of the annual amount proposed by another broker.
There were hiccups, and I think the process would benefit by setting clear expectations around delivery lead times. I also think that the "associated" transactions, such as gap insurance, could be spoken about earlier in the dialogue - rather than being tagged on at the end.
I am now the happy owner of a new car, and would be pleased to recommend this service, and Garry in particular, to others.

Whilst the British and people in general are always quick to pen their frustrations through negative feedback, few rarely express their gratitude and praise where praise is due. In this case I draw your attention and express my thanks towards one of your members of staff Lee Faulkner.
From the en-set I found Lee to courteous, efficient and most of all approachable. I have probably conversed with in excess of 50 different Contract Hire companies and the vast majority of them I found to be like cars sales men, pushy, arrogant and matter of fact. When my Toyota came up for replacement I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but had some key criteria . I went through several different options & at each stage of my thought process James Walsh-Hill was very patient, asking the right questions & making suggestions. Eventually I settled on a VW Golf as we use the car for short journeys only & James worked very hard to ensure that this was delivered to co-incide with the old car being returned.
