What is FlexiPlan?
FlexiPlan is an alterative way of looking at your Car and Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) requirements.
Essentially, it fills the gap between short term rental and contract hire, providing a cost effective and flexible solution to changing vehicle requirements, FlexiPlan offers competitive rates based on either a 3,6 or 12 month rental commitment.
FlexiPlan will be particularly useful to organisations seeking flexibility when considering:
- Providing an alternative to contract extension or renewal
- Providing vehicles pre-contract for drivers who experience extended delivery times for their vehicles
- Providing vehicles for new starters, particularly if a probationary period has to be served
- Providing vehicles to contractors or temporary staff
- Providing vehicles for employees visiting from overseas
FlexiPlan also includes a vehicle safety check and valet every 28 days* helping to fulfil your 'duty of care' responsibilities.

- Rates include Road fund licence, delivery & collection, out of hours charges
- Rates are inclusive of ail servicing and routine maintenance costs with on-site servicing for LCV's available to minimise downtime
- Minimum risk - no capital outlay or residual value risk
- Extensive range of vehicles available to suit your needs with expert commercial vehicle advice available
- Ply lining fitted as standard on LCV's
- Company livery available on all LCV's (on request)

- Online booking facility available
- 2 hour delivery on standard car groups, 4 hour delivery for standard LCV's
- 2800 'free' miles per 28 days on cars, unlimited mileage on LCV's

- 'Soft Termination' - End the rental prior to the committed period and pay only the applicable daily rates
- Return the vehicle any time after the committed period (i.e. 3, 6 and 12 months) with no advance notice required

Service Charter
UK Mainland and Northern Ireland
- We have a centra1 reservation facility and operate a 'no turndown' policy
- We guarantee that if we cannot provide you with a vehicle of your choice, we will upgrade at no extra cost
- We provide an Express service at 26 major airports via LeasePian Express (Excludes LCV's)
- If you are not entirely satisfied with the condition of the vehicle upon delivery we will take £5 off your invoice
- If you request at the time of booking, we will provide you with a grace period of 3 hours at the end of your rental
- There will be no surcharges for one way rentals on all of our standard vehicles (excludes Prestige)
- With the purchase of a Recovery Package, you can take your vehicle overseas at the UK daily rate
- We will deliver standard car groups within 2 hours and standard LCV's within 4 working hours. All other vehicle delivery times confirmed at the time of booking
- If we deliver your vehicle up to 30 minutes late - we will take £5 off your invoice
- If we deliver your vehicle up to one hour late - we will take £10 off your invoice
- If we deliver more than two hours late - we will give you the day's hire free of charge
- Cars are collected within 24 hours and LCV's within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
- If we collect your vehicle late, we will deduct £5 from your invoice
- We provide a 24 hour breakdown and recovery service for your peace of mind
- Insurance (Collision Damage Waiver) - available on request
- Vehicles must be insured for 4 working hours after termination on Customer's own insurance
- Airport surcharge at 18%
- All rates exclude the cost of any non-accident damage such as tyres and glass
- Abortive deliveries -1 days charge
- Abortive collections - £25.00

Terms & Conditions
FlexiPlan Terms & Conditions
Monthly rental period is defined as 28 days.
- Ali FlexiPlan bookings will be made based on the committed 3, 6 or 12 month rental period at the time of booking. Rental extensions beyond the committed period do not attract a rate decrease irrespective of whether the rental extends in to the next category.
- FlexiPlan 3 - Minimum 3 month rental period (no maximum) - Rates revert to Daily Rental pricing if rental terminated prior to the 84th day (tariff available upon request).
- FlexiPlan 6 - Minimum 6 month rental period (no maximum). In the event that a FlexiPJan 6 booking is terminated between the 84th and 167th day FlexiPlan 3 pricing would apply. Rates revert to Daily Rental pricing if terminated prior to 84th day (tariff available upon request)
- FlexiPlan 12 - Minimum 12 month rental period (no maximum). In the event that a FlexiPlan 12 booking is terminated between the 168* and 335th day FlexiPlan 6 pricing would apply. FlexiPlan 3 pricing applies on terminations between the 84th and 167th day. Rates revert to Daily Rental pricing if terminated prior to 84th day (tariff available upon request)
Rates include:
- 2,800 free miles per 28 days (O.lOp per mile thereafter). Unlimited on LCV's
- Delivery & Collection, Out of Hours charges and Road Fund Licence Fee
- Unique Safety check & Valet every 28 days*
